It doesn't involve much more than typing in some titles, setting headers and preparing To-do lists. It's just a way to save your favorite layout and use it whenever you want, without going through the same preparations more than once.

With your template created or selected, you can start filling in the relevant information, assign people and tags, set due dates and more. You can also chat with your co-workers and exchange files while editing a workgroup item. It has to be said that Taskade gives you a sense of real satisfaction, thanks not only to its efficient layout and highly responsive inline controls but also to its general aesthetic. From the background image to the used colors and emojis, everything makes this piece of software feel warm and welcoming. It's certainly a pleasant experience to work with it.

It's plain as day that Taskade does a lot to stand out in a crowd of run-of-the-mill project managers, and it certainly succeeds at that with its clean, simple and friendly design.
